“We recently had some ceiling insulation installed in our home. I am not normally inspired to write letters such as this because it is so rare these days to receive such WOW service from any company. Usually I am accustomed to receiving such poor service that I send a letter of complaint.
We were recommended to use your services. Right from the first contact via phone with your very friendly office lady, your staff were exceptionally happy, friendly and delivered everything that they said they would. I was advised that I would receive a call back to book in the initial on-site quotation, which I did. The appointment was then confirmed the day before by a phone call. Mike Dwyer was on-time to arrive at our appointment at the agreed time and location.
Mike was a pleasure to deal with-knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He essentially won the job before he even entered our house when he offered to remove his shoes before coming inside! The quotation I received was very much in line with what I expected the job to be worth and consequently I did not have to pursue any other quotes from the several other companies that I contacted and never received a response from.
The two guys that came to do the installation were also on time, very friendly, respectful, courteous and seemed like content happy workers-what a pleasant change from the normal people I deal with on a daily basis.
